it was gorgeous! and apparently the sea used to actually go all the way up to the abbey before a storm created the little beach.

what an unreal scene! beautiful.
it was - felt like something from a movie or an old book. and to add to the romance, the abbey can only be reached by boat or by a long and terrifying hike (which is how we got there, although i will NEVER do that again)!
